This product is housed in an outdoor rated NEMA 4X enclosure. The system features a clear front with visible mounted oil and water indicators, alarm test and silence buttons. In addition to these features the swing panel allows for easy wiring of the LiquidSmart Sensor and incoming AC power. The S/OSA-06/X is an OilSmart Alarm designed for outdoor applications.
Oil Water Separator Oil Level Alerting System
SkimOIL ® ’s oil water separator (OWS) oil level sensor and alarm system was originally designed to provide an alarm signal when accumulated oil would reach a predetermined level. That signal / alarm could then be used to activate pump out systems (by others) or to alert operators that the oil water separator(OWS) needs attention or maintenance — and/or provide signal voltage for other controls — because the oil has reached that preset level.
OilSmart Single Phase Simplex Panels
OilSmart Single Phase Simplex Panel Model # S/OSSIM-30/X The OilSmart Simplex Panel, when combined with a manual sump pump, will automatically pump water without the risk of pumping oil into the environment. Additionally, the system alerts maintenance or building personnel in the event of a high oil or high water condition. Installation of the Simplex Panel allows you to comply with Elevator Code ASME A17.1 and State/Federal regulations while reducing the risk of adverse publicity, fines and expensive cleanup costs.
OilSMART Single Phase Duplex Panels
The OilSMART Duplex Panel, when combined with two manual sump pumps, will automatically pump water without the risk of pumping oil into the environment. The panel provides pump alteration and high demand two pump operation. Additionally, the duplex system alerts maintenance or building personnel in the event of a high oil or high water condition. The control panel comes complete with all required controls and panel monitoring capabilities. Installation of Duplex allows you to comply with State and Federal regulations while reducing the risk of adverse publicity, fines and expensive cleanup costs.
